We are happy to offer a credit note, refund or exchange for any items purchased within 7 days of receipt. All credits/refunds will only be given if the items are returned in a resalable, unused condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be given through the buyer’s original payment method. Buyers returning items to the store will be eligible for an immediate refund, though items returned by post may take up to 5 working days to be processed. Please note that postage costs for returned items will not be credited to the buyer unless wrong items are delivered. Any items damaged during delivery are subject to a free replacement within 48 hours of the items being returned to the store All exchanges will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
